She began her career as a dental assistant, spending more than 8 years chairside, which gave her a strong clinical foundation and firsthand understanding of patient care and team dynamics. For over 12 years, Misty has led the operational side of dentistry as an Operations Manager, where she has successfully guided practices toward sustainable growth and efficiency.
